ACT

To amend the Liquor Act, 1928, and the Aviation Act, 1962.

1 and 2.   . . . . . .

[Ss. 1 and 2 repealed by s. 212 (1) of Act No. 87 of 1977.]

3.   Amends section 1 of the Aviation Act, No. 74 of 1962.

4.   Inserts section 6bis in the Aviation Act, No. 74 of 1962.

5.   Amends section 22 (1) of the Aviation Act, No. 74 of 1962, 
as follows:— Paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) insert respectively 
paragraphs (a)bis, (b)bis and (c)bis (date of commencement 21 
July, 1962); paragraph (d) substitutes paragraph (e) (vi): 
paragraph (e) inserts paragraph (e) (vi)bis; and paragraphs (f) 
and (g) substitute respectively paragraphs (p) and (r) (date of 
commencement 21 July, 1962).

6.   Short title.—This Act shall be called the Aviation 
Amendment Act, 1965.
