BLACK TRANSPORT SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT NO. 11 OF 1972 [ASSENTED TO 14 MARCH, 1972][DATE OF COMMENCEMENT: 1 MAY, 1972] (English text signed by the State President) ACT To amend the Black Transport Services Act, 1957, so as to provide for the maximum rate of ten cents which may be fixed in respect of every six days of the aggregate number of days on which work is performed, to be increased to twenty cents; to delete the word “male” wherever it occurs in the said Act; and to provide for matters incidental thereto. 1. Amends section 3 of the Black Transport Services Act, No. 53 of 1957, by substituting subsection (1). 2. Short title and commencement.—This Act shall be called the Black Transport Services Amendment Act, 1972, and shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by the State President by proclamation in the Gazette.
