NATIONAL ROADS AMENDMENT ACT

ACT

To amend the National Roads Act, 1971, so as to alter the 
amount of the customs or excise duty on petroleum products 
which is paid into the National Road Fund.

1.   Amends section 2 (1) (a) of the National Roads Act, No. 54 
of 1971, by substituting the words preceding subparagraph (i).

2.   Short title and commencement.—This Act shall be called 
the National Roads Amendment Act, 1979, and shall come into 
operation on 1 April 1979.
