ROAD TRANSPORTATION AMENDMENT ACT

ACT

To amend the Road Transportation Act, 1977, so as to limit the 
concession in respect of the conveyance of exempted goods; and 
to provide for incidental matters.

1.   Amends section 1 (2) of the Road Transportation Act, No. 
74 of 1977, by substituting paragraph (z).

2.   Short title.—This Act shall be called the Road 
Transportation Amendment Act, 1981.
