I, Jeffrey Thamsanqa Radebe, Minister of Transport, acting in terms of section 75 (6) of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996) herewith publish in the Schedule for comments the "K53 Manuals for the Practical Driving Test for Motor Vehicle Drivers". All interested persons who have any objections to the proposed amendments are called upon to lodge their objections, within 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice to:
