The South African Search and Rescue (SAR) Region alone spans nearly 30 million square kilometres, reinforcing the country\u2019s vital role in global trade, safety, and security at sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proven IMO Credentials South Africa brings decades of dedicated participation at the IMO, with a history of constructive engagement and leadership, including service as Vice-Chair.
